About National Historical Museums

National Historical Museums (SHM) is a central museum authority consisting of the Archaeologists, the Economic Museum, the Hallwyl Museum, the Historical Museum, the Armoury, Skokloster Castle, the Swedish Holocaust Museum and the Tumba Museum. The authority manages cultural heritage and provides perspectives on life in order to strengthen democratic social development.
